The Fashion Weeks of 2009 for have been on a full schedule this Fall and they have brought a lot of new trends to the catwalks. I wanted to go back to the London Fashion week which was held in September and see which were the hottest trends for next Spring. Here are 3 trends from London Fashion Week 2009. Which of these trends is your favourite?
1. Pastel
Burberry Prorsum was showing off a great mix of pastel colors. I cannot wait to see these light colors for Spring, they will be a great start of the Summer!
2. Lingerie look
Many designers have been showing off pieces that has the lingerie inspired look this year. It could be a combination of a bra, dress or a top. Fashion designer Antonio Berardi has created a beautiful collection here with skin toned pieces.
3. Diamonds and studds
For Spring we can expect to see a lot of diamond and studd covered clothing. Matthew Williamsson and Louise Goldin have created some interesting pieces. The jewelry has moved onto becoming a part of your clothes.

Since pastels don’t really work for me I like the lingerie look and the diamonds and studs best… But I think I prefer the lingerie.. It’s cool and sexy and can work for both daytime and a night out.
why dont you like the pastels? They are sooo IN this season. Im in love with it.
I could go without seeing the parachute and high shorts coming back with the diamond/stud collection.
