10 sequin party dresses

sequinAre you planning on going out this Saturday and have no idea what to wear? I have a few trendy tips for you. This fall a super hot trend is the sequin dress. We have seen sequin on the runway by fashion designers like Balmain and Gucci. This is definitely a must have for your closet this fall and the perfect party outfit which gives you that ultra glam look with a future feel. But if you cannot afford to buy the designer wear, there are a lot of high street versions that can work for you. You can go for a simple sequin tunic dress with sleeves and a nice pair of gladiator boots or a one shoulder sequin dress and pumps. There are also the strapless sequin dresses for those of you who likes the prom look. You will find sequin dresses in all colors, depending on what you are after. If you have some extra gut you can go for the sequin boyfriend blazer, but remember not to overdo it with the sequin. If you wear one piece in sequin match it with something more neutral.

I have ambivalent feeling to sequins: on one hand the models in the pictures look great and glamorous, but on the other hand I saw many women that sequin outfit gives them a cheap look. Maybe it was due to their heavy makeup which created too intense look. I think these women should stick to only sequin scarf or top (or only sequin bag or belt) instead of a complete sequin outfit.

I love your choice of sequin dresses… I think i prefer the darker colors though… the silver is just a tad too shiny for my tastes
