Lady Gaga with two number 1 hit singles and a personal and an unusual style clothing has become a fashion talk about. She’s not shy with standing out from the crowd and has a very creative sense of style. It’s certainly a great way of marketing herself. She has made the world talk.
Last year I was in Miami and ran into a gay bar at Ocean Drive where someone was dressed up as Lady Gaga and was miming to her song “Just Dance”. That whole scene made me like Gaga even more. Maybe the fact that she has created an image which is so unique that everyone can say “that’s so Lady Gaga”. Everything from her songs, videos to her style. When Gaga was explaining her current fashion at Floriana, Malta / July 09, she said “I love all designers. I appreciate a life devoted to fashion, Right now, I’m having a very strong obsession mostly with clothing found in sex shops. I would venture to say that all that clothing was designed by gay men.” Hmm, could that be why gay men likes to immitate her? I love her style! I find it very inspiring. The extreme and very feminine style clothing with bold and cool accessories makes her eye-catching. My question is, will she become a new style queen? The new Madonna? I’ll wait with eager to find out. Go Gaga!
